Program: Stark Metrix AI Booking Demo

What this program is. Stark Metrix sells AI phone booking systems to home service businesses. Prospective business customers call our demo line, where an AI agent runs a sample booking call. At the end of the call, the agent identifies itself as Stark Metrix and offers to send a sample appointment confirmation text so the prospect can see what their own customers would receive.

How consent is collected. Two steps, both required. First, verbally on the call. The AI agent steps out of the demo and reads this disclosure word for word:

"And now I'll step out of the demo for a second — this is Stark Metrix, and that whole call was our AI booking system. If you'd like, I can text you the appointment confirmation exactly the way your customers would get it. That's about two messages from Stark Metrix, message and data rates may apply, you can reply STOP any time to opt out or HELP for help, and our terms and privacy policy are at starkmetrix.co/sms-terms-conditions. Want me to send it?"

Second, on the handset. Callers who agree receive one message asking them to reply YES. No further messages are sent unless they reply. Callers who decline receive nothing. This is the only opt-in method used for this program, and no numbers are enrolled from any other source.

Message frequency: Approximately 2 messages per demo. This is not a recurring program.
