2. Our services
Stark Metrix provides AI-powered growth systems for home service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, and similar trades), including: - AI Booking System — an AI receptionist that answers inbound calls 24/7, qualifies customers, books appointments, and sends SMS confirmations - Review Follow-Up Engine — automated, branded text follow-ups requesting Google reviews after job completion, with a private rescue flow for negative feedback - Websites + Chat — mobile-first website design, with optional SEO and an AI chat widget add-on Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are set out in your individual service agreement or quote following your intro call.
3. Getting started
Engagements typically begin with a free 15-minute call booked through our Book a Call page, where we assess your business and, if it's a fit, provide a price quote. There is no obligation from booking a call.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to: - Provide accurate business information (services, pricing, scheduling rules, service area) needed to configure your AI Booking System - Obtain any consents required from your own customers for SMS messaging or call handling conducted on your behalf through our systems - Review and approve messaging content and voice-agent scripts before they go live
5. Setup timelines
We aim for the AI Booking System to go live within 7–10 days and for the Review Follow-Up Engine to begin generating reviews within 2–3 weeks of setup. SEO results typically take 60–90 days. These are targets, not guarantees, and can vary based on your business and integrations.
6. Payment terms
Services are billed as described in your quote or invoice. Recurring services (e.g., AI Booking System, Review Follow-Up Engine, SEO add-on) are billed monthly and continue until canceled. Setup fees, where applicable, are due before work begins. Website builds may be billed as a one-time project fee.
7. Cancellation
